A 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing unwavering support, resources, and advocacy for Black families of transgender and gender-diverse youth. Our mission is to create a world where every family can thrive as they journey alongside their transgender or gender-diverse child. We believe that love, understanding, and acceptance should be the cornerstones of every family's experience.
At Rainbow In Black, we understand that the journey of discovering and supporting a transgender or gender-diverse child can be challenging and often filled with uncertainties. We are here to be your guiding light, pillar of support, and trusted resource in these moments of transformation.

We celebrate the unique identities and experiences of Black transgender and gender-diverse youth. We encourage families to embrace and celebrate the rainbow of identities within their own homes, knowing that diversity is a strength.
Through community outreach and educational programs, we aim to foster empathy and understanding within families and communities. We believe that open and honest conversations are the foundation of acceptance and support.
